Ordering/Shipping DVDs
All our products arrive in a plain large white envelope marked only “S4D” with the return address. We ship via USPS 1st Class for domestic (US) orders, and 1st Class International foreign. In most cases your order will arrive within 10 days (domestic) or three weeks (international). But dudes, there are a zillion factors out of our control—the post office, delays in replication, what have you. For that reason, we ask that you allow up to 6 weeks for delivery.

All orders are final. However, if you think you got a defective disk or it was damaged in transit, click the “support” tab above and send us a message. We’ll get a replacement right out to you.

Privacy Policy

Contact information is used to send orders and information about our company to our customers. The customer’s contact information is also used to get in touch with the customer/visitor when necessary. Users may opt-out of receiving future mailings by sending an e-mail with your name here.

We may, from time to time, use customer information for marketing and promotional purposes.
